I would like to thank you for the interest you have shown in our company in general and in health, safety and environment aspects (HSE) in particular.

At RN-Lubricants OOO, employment relations strictly comply with the applicable law of the Russian Federation and high HSE standards of PAO NK Rosneft. In turn, we seek to ensure that every one of our partners stays aware and strictly observes the abovementioned requirements.

Our experts have identified the violations and analyzed the problems and, given our global presence, (specific requirements of refineries) have consolidated the HSE requirements for  our partners. I would like to bring them to your attention.

Given that refineries are the hazardous industrial objects with higher requirements imposed on them, including the HSE ones, compliance with these HSE rules will eliminate or at least minimize the number of accidents and their consequences.
