Rosneft Redutec LT

Rosneft Redutec LT - multigrade oils, designed for modern gearboxes equipped with a circulating lubrication system and operating in harsh environments. Produced from mineral base oils and synthetic components with a multifunctional additive package which improves low-temperature, oxidation, corrosion, antiwear, extreme pressure and anti-foam properties.

Field of application

Rosneft Redutec LT are designed to lubricate gears of industrial equipment operating under heavy loads, including shock; circulation systems different mechanisms operating at high loads and other heavy-duty industrial equipment elements, operating at low temperatures.

Oil Advantages

  • Using high-index base oils deep cleaning and synthetic oil components can be used in a wide temperature range
  • active additive package components provide improved protection against micropitting, wear and damage of the teeth of wheels, gears and bearings, increasing the lifetime of the equipment, thereby reducing the risk of unscheduled downtime
  • effective anticorrosive additive package component provides enhanced corrosion protection increasing the life of equipment
  • Increased resistance to oxidation extends oil life, significantly increasing the interval of its replacement
  • unique low temperature properties of oils provide the necessary thickness of the oil film by preventing the deterioration of the equipment at low temperatures.

Provides excellent low temperature properties

Test Description:

The oil is poured into a special device, a Brookfield viscometer. The sample is cooled to -30 °C, then the spindle of the device begins to rotate, and the fluid resistance of to flow is measured. From this resistance, the dynamic viscosity in mPa/s is calculated.
