Rosneft Redutec WR

Rosneft Redutec WR - gear oils designed for use in gears and other industrial units of imported and domestic industrial equipment. Produced based on mineral base oils with a multifunctional additive package that improves lubricity, anti-oxidation, anti-corrosion, anti-wear, water separation and extreme pressure properties.

Field of application

Rosneft Redutec WR intended for the lubrication of gears of industrial equipment, operating at medium and high loads, including shock; circulation systems different mechanisms operating at high loads, but also to work in friction automatic hot forging presses and other heavy-duty industrial equipment elements, operating in conditions of high water cut.

Oil Advantages

  • Whatever demulsifying properties of the oil can effectively separate the water into the lubrication system and oil used in conditions of high water cut
  • active additive package components provide improved protection against micropitting, wear and damage of the teeth of wheels, gears and bearings, increasing the lifetime of the equipment, thereby reducing the risk of unscheduled downtime
  • Improved corrosion protection oils provide corrosion protection under irrigation, increasing the life of equipment
  • Elevated antioxidant properties allow to extend the service life of the oil, dramatically increasing its drain intervals.

Provides high performance under flooding conditions

Test Description:

I: % water in oil: less is better. The lower the % water in oil, the better the oil separates water and the higher the oil performance under conditions of flooding.
II: ml of water: more is better. The more water released, the better the oil separates the water and the higher the oil performance under flooding conditions.
III: ml of emulsion: less is better. The less emulsion in the oil, the better the oil separates water and the higher the oil performance under waterlogging conditions.
The oil (360 ml) is mixed with water (90 ml) and stirred for 5 minutes. The mixture remains for 5 hours. Then the water content in the oil, the volume of water separated in 5 hours, and the volume of the unseparated emulsion are measured.
