Rosneft Energotec HC 40 is a low-ash engine oil for stationary four-stroke gas engines running on associated, natural or landfill gas. Due to the optimized level of ash content, the oil has excellent anti-corrosion properties, forming a smaller amount of deposits in the combustion chamber. Rosneft Energotec HC 40 is made on the basis of high-quality mineral base oils and a balanced package of functional additives.

Field of application

Rosneft Energotec HC 40 is intended for use in gas piston installations operating in demanding conditions on natural, passing, landfilling bio-or sewage gas. Suitable for use in fields and heavily loaded units.

Oil Advantages

  • Provides dry lubrication of valve seats, thereby extending the service life of the cylinder head and the valves themselves
  • Reduces the likelihood of detonation by minimizing the formation of deposits on the pistons and, therefore, ensures maximum efficiency and productivity of the station
  • It forms the minimum amount of deposits in the area of ​​the piston rings, preventing their occurrence, wear and excessive polishing of the cylinder walls
  • Has a high level of stability to oxidation and nitration, which allows to increase the replacement intervals.
