Rosneft Gidrotec HVLP
Rosneft Gidrotec HVLP is a hydraulic oil with a high performance level. It is produced from highly purified petroleum base oils and multifunctional additives with improved anti-oxidant, anti-corrosive, anti-wear, anti-foam and viscosity properties.
Field of application
Rosneft Gidrotec HVLP is intended for all-season use in hydraulic systems of industrial equipment and mobile equipment operating under high mechanical and thermal loads. Rosneft Gidrotec HVLP hydraulic oils meet the requirements of DIN 51524-3 and the performance requirements of most hydraulic systems. They have an advanced viscosity index and wide approval range so that consumers can choose products that best fit the production goals and requirements of most international manufacturers of stationary and mobile equipment.
Oil Advantages
- Effective viscosity modifier provides a high viscosity index and excellent pumpability at low temperatures
- Resistance to mechanical disruption provides stable viscosity over the entire temperature range throughout the entire oil life
- Excellent oxidation stability increases oil and filters’ service life, reducing maintenance costs
- Active anti-corrosive components effectively prevent corrosion when water enters the system
- Excellent anti-foam properties reduce the risk of air entering the working area, and help to maintain the stability of the protective oil film in the friction units.
Maintains stability in all climatic conditions
Test Description:
Operation at low temperatures:
The oil is poured into a certain type (U-shaped) of tube to a certain level. The oil flows under gravity down a tube of a certain diameter and a certain distance. After its passage, the expiration time is recorded. The kinematic viscosity is calculated as the product of the expiration time and the viscometer constant.
Anti-wear properties:
Bosch Rexroth RFT-APU-CL (one of the world leaders in the production of hydraulic equipment) is the toughest among the manufacturers of hydraulic equipment.
The twin unit pump-motor performs work with the tested oil (working fluid). The load is constantly changing, and the components of the hydraulic motor and pump are very sensitive to the quality of the oil. After several time intervals, the weight of a number of unit parts is measured to assess metal loss and wear.
Change of kinetic viscosity of oil after 510 operating hours (3 cycles: 10 hours 250 bar 60 °C, 300 hours 450 bar 110 °C, 200 hours 500 bar 110 °C):
At the moment, the current test is the toughest among hydraulic equipment manufacturers.
The twin unit pump-motor performs work with the tested oil (working fluid). The load is constantly changing, and the components of the hydraulic motor and pump are very sensitive to the quality of the oil. After several time intervals, the physical and chemical parameters of the oil are measured (including the kinetic viscosity).
