Rosneft Gidrotec LT

Rosneft Gidrotec LT - all season hydraulic fluid developed for use in mobile equipment hydraulic systems with a low temperature start-up and the subsequent rise in temperature, which are operated in Siberia, the Far North and Arctic. It is based on a high index of synthetic and mineral base oils, deep cleaning and the latest generation additive package.

Field of application

Rosneft Gidrotec LT is designed for use in hydraulic systems of logging, quarrying, road construction and lifting equipment, including road and off-operated in cold climates.

Oil Advantages

  • produced based on synthetic high viscosity mineral base oils and deep cleaning and last generation additive package that allows the use of a liquid in a wide temperature range throughout the year
  • excellent low temperature properties allow hydraulic launch without preheating, which significantly reduces the start time and wear of friction units
  • High level of resistance to mechanical degradation ensures stable viscosity and long service life
  • Improved filterability can significantly extend the service life of the hydraulic fluid, reduce the wear of the hydraulic system, and successfully applied an additional fine filtration system.

Provides excellent low temperature properties

Test Description:

The oil is poured into a certain type (U-shaped) of tube to a certain level. The oil flows under gravity down a tube of a certain diameter and a certain distance. After its passage, the expiration time is recorded. The kinematic viscosity is calculated as the product of the expiration time and the viscometer constant.

Test Description:

Calculated value. The viscosity is measured at different temperatures and then the Viscosity Index is calculated. The more the viscosity changes with temperature, the lower the viscosity index, and vice versa.
