Rosneft Gidrotec OE HLP

Rosneft Gidrotec OE HLP is a hydraulic oil produced from highly purified mineral oils and high performance additives with a fluorescent indicator and seal conditioner.

Field of application

Rosneft Gidrotec OE HLP is intended for use in industrial equipment with a high degree of wear. It meets the requirements of DIN 51524-2, and can be used in hydraulic systems of mobile equipment.

Oil Advantages

  • Seal conditioner increases rubber products’ elasticity and causes them to swell within the limits, thereby reducing gaps and minimizing leakage
  • Fluorescent indicator facilitates the rapid detection of leakage with the help of an ultraviolet bulb, and is also a protection against counterfeit products
  • Increased lower limit of kinematic viscosity (no more than 10%) provides a stable pressure in the hydraulic system
  • Can be applied in circulating systems of various industrial equipment throughout all seasons
  • Compliance with DIN 51524-2.

Provides reliable protection for equipment with high depreciation

Rosneft Gidrotec OE contains a UV additive that helps to quickly detect oil leaks from equipment. As a result, the additive gives the consumer significant savings from the timely detection of leaks.

Test Description:

Oil consumption for top-up. 
Calculated value. During operation, the volumes of top up oil level of the GOST and Rosneft Gidrotec OE were measured.

Anti-wear properties.
Protection of equipment against wear is demonstrated by the content of metal particles that characterize equipment wear in the operating oil.
The maximum content of wear metals is significantly lower than the maximum permissible values: 100 ppm for Fe and 50 ppm for Al, Pb, Cu, which gives an increase in the accident-free period, and, as a result, a decrease in repair costs. Limit values indicated on the graph.
