Rosneft Gidrotec WR HLP - Hydraulic oil c a high performance level. Made from a mixture of highly refined mineral base oils with the addition of additive composition providing high anti-wear, anti-oxidation, anti-corrosion, anti-foam, viscosity and demulsibility performance properties.

Field of application

Rosneft Gidrotec WR HLP are designed for use in hydraulic systems for industrial and machine tools of various kinds (presses, injection molding machines, heavy manipulators, robots, etc.), mobile equipment (excavators, cranes, etc.), as well as in ship hydraulic systems operating at high mechanical and thermal loads in heavy flooding.

Provides high performance under flooding conditions

Test Description:

At a temperature of 54 °С, an equal volume of water is added to a certain volume of oil. The sample is mixed until a homogeneous emulsion is formed. The sample is left alone and the time during which the emulsion is divided into 3 phases (oil, emulsion, water) is recorded. The volume of each phase and the time for delamination are recorded.

Test Description:

The oil is poured into a designated filter funnel. When the filtration begins, the oil consumption is recorded at the beginning of the experiment and during filtration from 200 to 300 cm3 of oil. The difference between them is expressed as a percentage. The higher it is, the higher the average filterability of the entire oil volume.
