Rosneft Magnum Ultratec A5 5W-30 is a multigrade fully synthetic energy-saving engine oil that provides fuel economy due to low viscosity at high temperature and high shear rate (HTHSV - High Temperature High Shear Viscosity).

Field of application

Rosneft Magnum Ultratec A5 5W-30 engine oil is intended for modern petrol and diesel engines of passenger cars and light commercial vehicles including turbocharged ones, where it is necessary to use oil meeting the requirements of SL/CF, АСЕА А5/В5 or one of the following OEM specifications.

Provides reliable protection of engine parts from wear

Wear testing method D551994 complies with the requirements of Renault RN 0700 specifications for engine oils - the test is carried out on a model stand - a standard four-ball friction machine, which is a test device consisting of three stationary steel balls placed in a cup, and one - movable - above them. The top ball rotates relative to all the others with a certain speed and load. Based on the results of the test, the diameter of the wear scar of the ball and the requirements of the Renault RN 0700 specification are estimated.

Provides fuel economy

Fuel Economy Test was conducted on Mercedes-Benz M111 (CEC L-54-96) engine according to ACEA A5/B5 (European Automobile Manufacturers Association) specification - 24-hour engine test used to determine the fuel economy of a candidate oil in comparison to internal reference oil according to ACEA A5/B5 specification.
