Rosneft Magnum Ultratec C3 5W-30 is a multigrade low SAPS fully synthetic new generation engine oil. Fully compatible with exhaust aftertreatment systems equipped with diesel particulate filters (DPF) and catalyst converters. Extends the service life of exhaust aftertreatment systems.

Field of application

Rosneft Magnum Ultratec C3 5W-30 engine oil is intended for modern petrol and diesel engines of passenger cars and light commercial vehicles including those equipped with exhaust aftertreatment systems, where it is necessary to use oil meeting the requirements of SN/CF, АСЕА C3 or one of the following OEM specifications.

Engine wear test OM 646LA (CEC-L99-08) complies with the requirements of the Mercedes-Benz Approval 229.51 and ACEA C3 specifications for engine oils - tests are carried out on a full-size 4-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine of Mercedes-Benz OM646 with a volume of 2.2 liters of direct fuel injection. Test duration - 300 hours, 5 test modes. An assessment is made on piston cleanliness, cylinder and cam wear.

ASTM D2622 – a method for the determination of sulfur content in petroleum products by using wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry.

ASTM D4951 – a test method for the determination of additives in lubricating oils by using inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. The method allows you to determine the content of the following elements: barium, boron, calcium, copper, magnesium, molybdenum, phosphorus, sulfur and zinc.

ASTM D5185 – a method for multi-element analysis of used and unused lubricating oils and base oils by usuing inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry.
