Rosneft Turbogear OE is a new generation turbine oil with significantly improved anti-oxidant and anti-wear properties. The oil composition consists of synthetic components and highly efficient additives, which provide excellent anti-oxidant, anti-corrosion, demulsifying and anti-wear properties.

Field of application

Rosneft Turbogear OE is intended for use in centralized lubrication systems of steam and gas turbines, as well as in sealing and control systems as a hydraulic fluid and a sealing medium.

Oil Advantages

  • High anti-oxidant properties provide stability against oxidation and extend the life of oil and equipment
  • Demulsifying properties effectively separate water from the oil circulation system in conditions of increased water influx, which is typical of previous generation steam turbines
  • Anti-wear and extreme pressure properties significantly reduce the wear of the multipurpose multipliers/gearboxes, reducing the risk of unplanned maintenance and increasing the working life.
