Company's quality management strategic objectives:

  • Production and Sales of the Products that Fully Satisfy the Consumers' Requirements;
  • Continuous Improvement of Quality, Product Range and Services;
  • Continuous Improvement, Better Performance of the Quality Management System;
  • Continuous Improvement of the Company's Performance.

In 2008, RN-Lubricants OOO Quality Management System was certified and since then complies with ISO 9001:2008 and GOST ISO 9001-2011 (Russian analog). Audit has been conducted by the representatives of SGS (AO SGS Vostok Limited international certification authority). For eight consecutive years, this globally known certification authority has been executing periodic inspections and re-certification audits that confirm the sustainability of the Company’s Quality Management System  and notes the Company's aspiration to continuous improvement.

Since 2015, RN-Lubricants OOO scope of certification has been expanded. It includes Production business process. Now, the Quality Management System encompasses all processes of the Company.

Currently, great efforts are put into introducing ISO/TS 16949:2009 Quality management systems. Particular requirements for the application of ISO 9001:2008 for automotive production and relevant service part organizations industrial automobile standard at NZMP LLL. It is planned that the QMS certification audit for compliance with this standard will be acknowledged by the international certification authority before the end of 2016.
