The Company's highest priority is preserving the lives and health of its employees and contractors.

The Company has created safe working conditions; however, we face the risk of occupational injuries on a daily basis. Global statistics show that the main cause of accidents and injuries has been and remains the human factor.

We must understand the seriousness of these words before commencing any type of work, with particular attention to high-risk work.

I urge every employee of the Company and contractors, regardless of position and activity:

• be a leader in industrial safety, labor protection, and the environment, and encourage their colleagues to do the same;
• strictly comply with the Golden Rules of Occupational Safety;
• if any safety violations are detected, immediately take measures to stop work and eliminate the causes of the violations;
• immediately report all incidents occurring within the Company's perimeter to management.

I remind you that all department managers are responsible for conducting work in strict compliance with the Golden Rules of Occupational Safety. "Labor."

No business goal, no matter how important, can justify actions that put an employee's life and health at risk.
