Beware of scammers
Dear website visitors and partners of RN-Lubricants LLC! Be careful!
Rosneft's widespread popularity and business reputation have become a source of "inspiration" for a wide variety of scammers. They typically offer to establish partnerships with the company quickly and with minimal investment, promising bright prospects for your business development.
In particular, such offers have begun to appear online. Their authors promise intermediary services for concluding relevant contracts and request advance payment.
In addition, to create the illusion of affiliation with Rosneft, they provide a link to our website and use our contact information, including the personal data of RN-Lubricants LLC management.
There are known instances where, as part of their fraudulent activity, the perpetrators:
- Create copies of the official RN-Lubricants LLC website, hosting them on domain names that are similar in spelling to the original. You can verify that a website belongs to the Rosneft Oil Company PJSC group of companies on the official website rosneft.ru;
- Post invitations to participate in tenders for the purchase of petroleum products on behalf of RN-Lubricants LLC;
- Send fake invitations and other documents to potential contractors using the corporate logo, details, and names of RN-Lubricants LLC executives.
In light of the above, we consider it our duty to state that the actions described above have no connection with our company.
To prevent possible financial damage, we recommend that you pay attention to the following signs that you are dealing with scammers:
1. You receive an offer to collaborate with Rosneft Oil Company PJSC or its subsidiaries by email. A draft contract or a sample purchase order form (ICPO) along with a bank reference may be attached to the email. Rosneft and its subsidiaries do not initiate such offers, do not provide guarantees of delivery of goods remotely via the internet or email, and do not authorize others to do so.
2. The transaction parameters differ significantly from market conditions, promising unreasonably high profits.
3. Before the official signing of the contract, you are required to transfer money allegedly to pay for certain services, for example, for the preparation of various documents (visas, invitations, permits), for the legalization or activation of a contract in Russian government agencies and ministries (note: this procedure is not provided for by Russian legislation), for the payment of transportation tariffs, for services to organize a trip for your company's delegation to Russia allegedly for a meeting at Rosneft's Moscow office to sign a contract (TableTalkMeeting - TTM), etc.
We also inform you that Rosneft Oil Company does not carry out measures to verify the integrity of transactions with organizations that are not part of the Company's structure.
In the event that commercial offers are sent to you on behalf of RN-Lubricants LLC, offers to "Make an order" for products on Internet resources whose names are consonant with the official website rosneft-lubricants.ru, or from an email address other than @rosneft.ru, or if you have any doubts regarding planned transactions with our company, you must immediately contact RN-Lubricants LLC at the following address:
