Rosneft Emultec 2040 is a metalworking fluid (MWF), a semi-synthetic multifunctional emulsol concentrate with a highly effective additive package and biocidal additives. Recommended use rates range from 3% to 10% and should be selected by the technologists of the business-to-consumer on a trial basis, depending on the material of the workpiece, cutting conditions, operating parameters of equipment, geometrical arrangement and characteristics of the metal cutting tools.
Field of application
Rosneft Emultec 2040 is intended for various types of processing of ferrous and nonferrous metal alloys, as well as other materials processed by cutting and grinding. This type of MWF is applied in the form of aqueous emulsions. Rosneft Emultec 2040 must be thoroughly mixed before preparing the emulsion. It provides high quality surface of the finished workpiece during grinding operations on flat and cylindrical surfaces, including centerless grinding operations. It can also be successfully used in cutting, turning, milling, cutting external and internal threads and other operations.
