Rosneft Emultec S

Rosneft Emultec S is a metalworking fluid (MWF), a fully synthetic multifunctional emulsol concentrate with a highly effective additive package and biocidal additives.

Field of application

Rosneft Emultec S is intended for grinding and cutting of various alloys of ferrous metals, including cast iron and mild and stainless steel. This type of MWF is applied in the form of aqueous emulsions. Rosneft Emultec S must be thoroughly mixed before preparing the emulsion. When mixing the concentrate, it is always added to the water, and not vice versa. In the cold season, the intensity of mixing and duration must be increased by 1.5 - 2 times compared to the warm season.
