Rosneft Formtec

Rosneft Formtec is an effective multi-purpose oil which facilitates the extraction of concrete products from molds during casting. It is produced from mineral base oils and effective additives with high anti-corrosive properties and a good separation of the product from the mold.

Field of application

Rosneft Formtec is mainly used in the process of casting products from porous, foamed and gas concrete in steel molds. It functions as an anti-frictional barrier coating to reduce the adhesion of concrete to the steel mold. The product is applied with a uniform brush as thin as possible. When using oil with a sprayer, it is recommended to heat the oil to a temperature from 50 °C to 60 °C.
